Be active (sign in 2 times a week and get at least 3 lvl's a month) minimum unless noted as "On Vacation" or "High Level Takes Time"

ppl started mesaging me with racial slurs ...so i got tired of hearing noobs complain how i'm a nationalist and crap and changed the name of the guild :P
i'm such a nationalist that 3/4 of my buddy list is capela lol
