Lvl 52-60 war skill ranks allowed

Just incase you still havent figured it out yet, 52-60 war allows master rank

I seriously doubt that EST would do something as stupid as switching it back.
After all, master rank is supposed to be allowed, seeing that the max level is 60 which is a new skill rank.

then why was it like that in the first place and not with masters like now?
