which helm should I go with ?

I'm going to have these items:
Sig xtal 15m.amp 12CD
Tg glove 15amp 3mcr
Sig suit 15amp 3mcr
Orb topaz 31/7 (from my wiz)
Forcy shoes 8amp
BoS+7
PB 5amp 7CD
EoS +8
Bike 20CD 5m.amp 3cr
Pet 1mcr 3m.amp

So my question is which helm should I go with ? 40/7 or 24/7/7
My main activity is farm war

1 month as FA :D

FA has more CR than WIZ thank to the Astral Bow, so dont use CR helm, just CD or Amp helm.

since you got the rate from your orb, u wouldn't be needing rate from helm now.
