AP Skills -- what order should one get them in?

I mean I am up to 143 now and I havent spent any AP figuring the best first AP spend would be on 1% vampire. Either that or the 1% sword amp. Yes I have about 80 AP points stored up at the moment. Or would I be better off spending some one something cheaper earlier or just keep waiting and accumulating?

The best rune to get is samp. It only need 1k2 ap to max this rune and 4amp is A LOT
