Why should we spend money on FAIL service?

Wether it is the free or the paid accounts we all like a little bit of service. But when that service is a TOTAL fail then why should we continue to pay to play or even why should we even keep playing?

Is it really so mauch to ask for?
Is it really that much work?

If it is really that dificult for you to porvide service then why did you take it on it the first place?

I can understand some tickets requiring some time to work out ( a week or 2 ).
But when the tickets got into the monthes isn't that a bit ridiculous?

How long do you expect people to continue supporting a game like that?
How long befor the bad press gets all over the place?
How long until the game is labeled a complete failer and ends up not getting played any more?

Sounds like a real nice way to continue making money....

Think bigger MMO's are too complicated for you? Scared to start over as nobody and poor in other games? Is this the only Korean grind game that can be played for free?
