i was in game, got DC'ed for reguler cabal error (i get a lot) tryed to re-open cabal but the updater wont show up.
I have re-installed twice and rebotted multiple times.
When I open task manager it shows that the updater is there, just dont open fully??? idk, any help would be GREATLY thanked
