Guild warehouse broken

Dear GM cabal
i'm form guild VIE - server Mercury. We can't access our Guild warehouse from yesterday till now( can't withdraw item or put item in warehouse)
I hope you can fix this problem as soon as possible.

If you're unable to access your guild's warehouse, please send us a Help Desk ticket if you haven't already. We'll be able to better troubleshoot this issue with you.

Isnt there something like a gwh lock??? I dont remember and cant check it since im at school atm...but the Guild Master has this option.

Dear GM Kato ,our Guild master already send a help desk ticket .
^no it not gwh lock, even Guild Master can't access gwh.

Guild warehouse works after last week M/a, but it broke again yesterday QQ
