46+ at least which includes kred !
how will i have that kind of rate?
base 5% + merg 15% + rol2 15% + pc helm 8% & k-red 3% = 46%
is that it?
but what if i have no rol2? is there still any possibility that id get 46% rate?
the more rate the better wiz is try to get extended helm and orbs

back to answering your question, 38 rate is fine for dungeons/nw/bossing since u can just aura to make up for what you are missing. however, pvp will be horrible because you'll never crit. good thing pvp doesnt mean anything :D

sure you can go 38 rate and make it up with aura...but having 45+ means youll crit alot more out or aura...beucase you CANT ALWAYS be in aura unless you castsp hax and use furry pots like a mother
i mean sure for bosses you can always just aura but its better if you have the rate out of aura
when you do cast aura with 45+ rate you could always switch a ring out for a crit damage ring which is a huge + =)
