thats because u cant transfer anymore it was for the first few months onl;y any acc that was wit ogp is now gone unless u had it transfered b4 they took the buton away

Send in a help desk ticket and they'll provide you with the information you need to transfer the account.

but but but ohhhhh is right. i have been waiting 3 days for a response on this issue as well as simply changing the email account on my other user ID which is annoying because I had to send them a picture of my state issued ID just for them to even process my request ..
