as the title says if i party in say eod and some one leaves to get second part of lvl up quest would i be kicked out? and can they rejoin same dungeon?

As long as they stay in the party you wont get kicked if they leave. I think theres a timer once they leave the dungeon to get back in. probably 5 mins then they will need another key.
