Why Can't i use Itemshop in game?

When I Try to open itemshop in game it shows me a login window. but even i enter userid and password correctly i shows me incorrect
userid or password message. and when i close that window my whole screen get white and freeze. what can i do for that? and when i try to fill my
ecoin it's always refund my paymant via paypal. what can i do? does any one have this problem? sorry about my bad english i'm Sri Lankan. :(

and the fact that this thread is about not being able to use cash shop IN GAME but gm wotan is telling him to update is web browser???

1 year to us equal 1 hour to GM.
