party/monster exp killing

Alright so here it goes.
most quests you need a certain level requirement and once you do that quest at the required level you die and loose stuff so you wanna level fast well i will tell you exactly how to do that.
-Party exp way
-Get a party with really high level players or just a lot of people
-Than go kill monsters I suggest killing ones that are in the average or strong area
-Monster way
-Alright if you don't wanna do the party way or no one will help you here's your way
-for fast leveling from 20-30 with no help of quests
-Just grind on monsters that are in the strong level it takes long to kill but its usually really fast exp
