Level 166 FB, need advices o.o

I'm level 166 FB. Just return to the game. I don't feel like going back into PvP anymore. Just PvE, but I want do good high dmg lol.

My stats:

305 STR and INT, 600+ DEX

1617 Attack,
1303 defense,
40% s.amp,
2054 evasion,
52% crit rate,
88% crit dmg

I don't have Mergadeth ring which is frustrating and I'm not rich in alz lol (Around 30 million alz only)

I know my stat sux right now because before I quit the game, I let a friend took my gears.

Join a guild. View someone's gear who is lv 194 + get the same thing with lower +s, lower grade and lower quality. The real difference for high dmg in PvE is gaining levels and rank ups, better BMs too.
Do some ic1 duos for 2 weeks, save some alz then hit Eternal chaos arena and hit lv 17X.
That's a start.
