Remote Agent Shop card?

I was wondering about this for some time now but I think it would be a good idea if they had certain item(s) maybe called the "Remote Agent shop Card"(similar to the remote shop card) that would allow you to access the Agent shop from anywhere if you have the card.

Now I don't know but I think that it should be a monster drop(and\or a npc sold item) rather than an item sold in the Item Shop, to give a chance for those who don't use the Item Shop to get it. Now I don't know what the drop rate would be, but once recieved either it would be a limited time use item(item use time period) or a limited use item, like 1 card = 1 remote use of the Agent shop. This would be a good idea because I know, including me, some players are tired of having to walk all the way back, sometimes going way out of your way to Bloody Ice just to access the Agent Shop.
