Can't play either can't update or can't connect to servers!!

I've downloaded the most updated version of Cabal from Gamershell and i was able to login to my account and everything but when i got to servers page it always said Cannot connect please try again later. Did it 2 days straight so now i downloaded the websites Cabal game and i cant even reach that point!! I click the Cabal Online icon and it sorta starts but it goes to Update.exe and freezes.

Need Help please. And uhm I've already played this game 4 months ago i played 2 years straight so i know it's not my rig and I've even upgraded it since then. With everything up to date i dont know whats wrong.
