Weapon skins

When will the red star weapon skins come in? I would like to buy 2 for my characters. And one question about the water skins in one of the last updates. It said it was in item shop. But I couldnt find it, under what section would weapon skins show in.

sorry, just posting on this bcs i'm tired of looking at the forums seeing the e-coins complainer's post. But yea they are here this week. Personally I'd like to see either the water or blue next week. Or soon (2-3 weeks) the Christmas ones.
If its not under Costumes, then try under Fancy
