no user found...? weird problem no one has i think

okay so after like 11 months of not playing this game. i want to come back

i found my account finally, and i type it in the "transfer account" thingy and it says "no user found"
i was confused =\ cause i was logged in at OGplanet.com with the account i'm trying to transfer

so i log into OGplanet go back to this site and try the transfer again and it said the same thing.
its frustrating...

ya i really dont know what to do. do we have ot pay to transfer the account over?
