Well, I fixed the problem turns out I need to turn off the fire wall and turn on norton. Anyways now i keep crashing right after i click start and start connecting can someone help on the crashing?

I just finished Downloading and installing cabal and when I open up cabal it says "Download Fail......Try again" This is really annoying me and I see other people have this problem. I am in the US...
