They do but they take forever. My ticket's been in there for a month and I don't expect them to close it anytime soon.

They must not answer tickets in chronological order then because my ticket about a level 50+ character deletion is #17220 and it hasn't been closed yet.

You can't delete characters above level 50 anymore without submitting a ticket. You can try it on one of your characters.

The real question is why is this file registering as a trojan virus? Knowing this why are you people bypassing your security software to allow the trojan to be injected? Hopefully the new updates...
