I think there should be more people answering the help tickets..and maybe a online chat service on cabal to where we can talk to people for help instead of waiting for hours and hours and daysss...

Thats happening to me too! I sent a ticket about it, I'm sure a lot of other people have too. I really hope they fix it, cause its pretty creepy o.O
