sad thing is..1 week is patient, 2 weeks is pushin it, 2 months thats just friggin absurd esp. since they have the info they requested and know where my chars are.

see first they tell me they found the characters then after i give them the info its been almost 2 months since and have heard NADA from them!
this is the responses i gave and got from ESTSoft
and ftl of GOD look at the times and dates...they closed 3 of these tickets in 1 day and gave me the same BS as usual...lol

how bout try to answer a helpdesk support ticket instead of letting it sit for a week unanswered or at least send an email stating your're working on it or something
and btw it's really lame you can't go to helpdesk or open a support ticket or anything else on the main site without having your acct xferred or whatever.
and btw it says "Unless you press the "CONTINUE" button below" on the xfer process and theres no continue button just verify
I have no place else to go cust he sign up place wont let me sign up or continue to xfer my OGP account without giving up and it tells me its already been xferred yet i cant log into the website...
