I found out that rising shot Like impact stab is the combo filler or w/e what rank should mine be.. From friends telling me this is one of the combos

Charge>PowerStab>Rising Shot>Seismic...

I've seen some people use the combo charge-power stab. or Charge-impact stab

Ok are you able to remove skills ? I know you can decrease the points but can you remove the whole skill? If you can how do you do it
