How exactly do you get the coupons for the item shop that gives you discounts?

Are WI's getting a new party buff? I just heard it around cabal somewhere and just came here to see if anyone knew anything about it.

Ok I was just in War CH and I noticed a 170+ FB with all 3 sword buffs and he had darkness..How do you make room for that? What debuffs should a FB have? I know the essentials are both exercrates...

Oh and I just realized that enervation makes people lose 52 def and like 300-400 hp as to where lower def only decreases 39 def...or should I just take out wind cannon lol
