yes hi i juz recently downloaded this game but i went to start up it started up fine but wen it came to log in screen i tried logging it but it said "error cannot connect to server plese try again...

1)Is this game lobby based or is there a world to explore?
2)Is it both PVE and PVP?
3)Are there quest within the game to help u lvl up etc etc?
4)Are the shops easily accessible eg are they ...
