I believe even though EST is south Korean, you are right. There is not any language barrier. There is no excuse.
Most tickets LITERALLY take 1-3 minutes to answer. I'm not even joking. This is just plain irresponsibility. There isn't another word for it.

As previously stated in my first post, keyword was "48 hours of Working Days". Meaning i dont expect them to work on weekends.
Oh believe me, they dont get over 1000 a day. each ticket has a unique number and up to this day there hasent been more than 2.5k tickets.
even if they did, the tickets will be about different...
Support tickets are literally taking weeks for a reply...
what the hell is going on? honestly i thought this was a professional company but i cant help but feel like im playing a private server...

Exactly:), that's why its much better to have a separate section to ask the community for support rather than jumping to ticketing right away. also forum reply's are much faster.
OGP runs 5 different things at the same time, it gets very busy and unreliable.
