its sounds to me like you are either an old ogp or global user if this is the case you may need to uninstall and reinstall using the NA client, it seems that the client you are using is looking for...

1- Have you never made a typo?
2- Don't want to be attacked stay out of war channels .. bots or no bots
3- bots are being banned everyday 30-40 per day but there are over 200+ per channel per...

the exception you are getting is typical of a memory fault error meaning that something is being put into memory wrong, the steps in the first link will help...
