1155 m.atk is more than enough, cr2s are a huge damage improvement. I also figured you weren't too worried about defense using martial/s.tit build. When you have high atk/amp already small CD gains...
K red, 2 crit rings +1/2 or 2 RoS + 10s, 36-40% helm with rate if possible, amulet of pain + 4-6, CD rune.
Amp is for bm2 and high defense targets. CD usually works better for pvp/war.
Rate is a major contributer to your overall dps. Don't pass it up for a extra ros9.
87 is actually low. He should have no problems hitting 100+ while maintaining 60+ amp and 44+ rate.

That's the general rule, amp in bm2 > the higher defense gets, especially if you have AoS on.

In dungeons I use that exact same stun combo, it keeps the entire party from getting hit by anything but the bosses. The only time I can see level 20 sonic being useful is in war in a massive mob.
Sonic shooter does less damage than shooting star for pvp, just keep sonic as a pve skill since it has a 100% stun lock.

The same way any other FA does it. AoB+9, +2-7 earrings, +7 epaulet, BoV, 7/50 suit, hp rune.
