    Probbaly an easy fix,

    Well. i downloaded the full client from Cabal.com but now, when i click Cabal_Setup, my computer just freezes up, so i have to restart it?

    People have had this issue before. Just boot in safe mode and install it there, then boot back up normally to play it.
