SC and EDC 12 vs 20

Like the title say..What's better? Edc and SC at 20 or 12? pros and cons?

I just lowered them to test the difference on pf bosses. They all took the same amount of time with the skills at 20 and 12. Stun locks work either way also.

But at 20 they are a lot more powerful..It's not like in a pvp you're gonna get to use edc twice lol.

Since those are your hardest hitting moves for bm2 you want to be able to cast them often. By not using lvl 20 skills the cool down is low enough that they are able to be cast frequently enough that their lack of amp (from not being lvl 20) is overcompensated by their increase in usage.
