ecoin and voucher issue

Anyone can help me or response my ticket ?
No 11846 and 11758.

one ticket about i got 1 voucher,but cannot use.
other one about i used 3 vouchers ,but only give me 2000 ecoins ,missed 1000 ecoins.

wait couple days ,still no one response .........

how long do i have to wait ??

i had them same problems when i used 3 vouchers, it gave me only 2000 also.

Its gonna take them 2 weeks or so.
Maybe even longer? because they're doing other things like worrying about the Cabal Merge thingy >_>!
and i had a ticket 115xx sent in week ago. still not looking at that either.

It's gonna be a while but still better than having other issues that take a backseat to new stuff they put out that doesnt work.

Everyone who has tickets submitted before yours should be looked at first but thats not the case so consider yourself fortunate.

super, you will have to wait long long time.

my friend's ticket is at 9xxx and still hasnt been looked at. the wait is getting pretty ridiculous and i can only hope that they'll start addressing them as the server merger approaches.
