    Why did you block IP from Vietnam?

    Cabal isn's published in Vietnam now, so I can't play Cabal in my country, and I want play in your server!
    But you had blocked IP from Vietnam, and I connect to your server?
    Why you block my country IP? Can you allow it, we want play official Cabal, please!

    wait til the end of october when global merges with na cabal. you should be able to connect then
