    they should design the game so that people WANT to level up. e.g. less wexp for lower tier wars.

    but i lyk being in 140-169 war my guild just stays there nd wreck caps

    Yes... being caps in t4 is quite the challenge >.>

    Other then that, I see absolutely no reason to upgrade to T5.
    So much extra effort spent leveling... just to be raped by some rich T5 charactor that has billions worth of equipment (prob baught with USD)? Fark that, T4 all the way.
