I seem to be having a problem registering for Cabal. Every time I attempt to register an account I get a page saying something about too much traffic, or the page cannot be found. I have tried registering over the course of about 4 days, on 2 different computers, one with Windows XP, and one with Windows 7. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
