anyone know the cd for sw at 15 and whats the cd for sq at 12?

Why would you ever need WW low?
It has a long casting time, which is bad for lifestealing.
In war, if you try to spam WW, you'd be dead b4 you know it.
In pvp, why the hell would you even use WW more than once.
I say at least a lvl 15 WW.

SW 9 - i find its good for spamming for vamp

WW 12

experimented with sw = 18, sq =12, and ww =15, works fine in pve, slower tho now

but in pvp, ugh...nuf said
