Well, I've had this issue for about three months now.. And I'm not exactly sure how to explain it, but I'll try my best. Every time my mouse is moved, even if it's only for a split second, Cabal gets this sudden lag spike making just about everything IMPOSSIBLE. Seems to be a driver issue to me, but I updated my drivers earlier today and none of them had anything to do with this weird and unusual bug. I don't understand this because it worked just fine for me before I re-installed Windows XP sp3. Any tips/suggestions leading to the solution of this problem will be GREATLY appreciated; thanks.
