    "Epic" event items

    So I just figured out today that the account bound fireworks are now my second favorite event item from trick/treat tickets.

    lvl3 hp potions (and I'd assume mp potions) from the event only heal 400 hp. Totally pro, I wondered why I kept dying soloing pf bosses, I thought my vamp was messed up but no, just epic potions.

    I know right...way to make 5 potions from an event even worse...at least when I was getting lvl2 pots I knew enough to npc them.
