    The GA system would work alot better if people would take it seriously and be grown up about it . they just need honest, trustworthy people that will do the job and not abuse it. We had a similer system in place on another game that i was a GM for and it ran perfectly as we had very high standards and strict rules.

    it would work in "any" game provided the community base wasn't full of 3 year olds
