What lvl to put edc/sc/met

Personally I use 18 SC, 18 EDC, and 20 Meteorite. Everyone has their own preferences, others demand it has to be a certain way, but its all in good fun. :>

If you want to spam them, level 9.
If you want to spam with somewhat moderate dmg 12, 15.
If you want good dmg and decent cooldown time 18 is for you.
If you want maximum dmg and can afford the long wait for that dmg or dont want to spam/ need to spam 20 is for you.

As for SC, SC doesnt have long range or a fastcasting time if you're talking about pvp/pk/war/free style compared to MT, i would think they feel safer using MT. Then again that might not be the case. :>

i use those because im a war person and i only use those skills for my bm2, best dps for my build

Like a lot of people said, it really only depends on your preferences.
If you spam pve(bm2), you should use lower level skills, it has been proven that they are better when you have less gears.
If you're more of a pvp/pk/war person, like me, id use higher level skills.

18 edc 12 sc/meteor are comfortable levels for me, good bm2 cools and edc has the quickest cd at lvl 18 compared to mt which does a tiny bit more dmg but has has a longer cd
