Can i play cabal (Global or NA) in Viet Nam?
This time i can't login Cabal, but i don't know why?

after the 28/10 go to www.cabal.com. to transfer your Global character data to NA. You will have no problem playing from Viet Nam. I have asked GM at help desk, and that's what they told me.
