this ring you guys speak of is probably like the cape we buy in ft... probably available only for the dungeon and then it goes away unless you're espada and some how find a way to glitch it out of the dungeon

This may be odd but i think is more along the lines of once used n char than char bound but its still acc bound on all new items, but i think once u used it on that char u can't put it on onther

nah,the ring drops from the mergahephs chest according to the quest,but i've done 4 so far and nada,must have a fail drop rate like everything else epic
