LOL at anyone who thinks facebook games are any sort of benchmark for graphic cards. Try out crysis on ultra settings before u rate its capabilities xD

There are currently only 2 6000 series cards supposed to be coming soon (6850 and 6870 I believe), but both of them are worse than the 5870 and are meant for more budget builds.

Also 5970 has been out for a long time, and it's basically 2 5870s crammed into a single card.

somebody mentioned "good laptop gpu's" so here's what I think:

my gpu is actually a mobility HD 5870 (mobility obviously = laptop). 90% of the laptops out there don't allow u to swap things like gpu's or cpu's so it's best to just get a laptop with decent hardware already installed. my laptop is "Asus G73JH". Base model is around $1,645, but with 8GB of ram / a mobility 5870 / an i7 720 / 1TB HDD / DvD Burner and a Full HD (1900p x 1080p) resolution on a 17.4" screen, it's definitely the most bang for your buck. That's if you do choose to play on a laptop, but you could build a decent tower for less than that if you want to. (:

I wanted that originally when I built my tower, but it was $800 @ the time....I'm waiting for it to drop down to $300

It will never drop down to $300. They will just stop producing them and it will go out of stock before it comes anywhere close to that low.
