CA: Old, New, KoC, MK, CA, so much confusion...clear it up?

Is both Key of Chaos and Miracle Key referred to as CA? Which is considered old or new?
Does CR+2 and RoL+2 drop from Key of Chaos level 5-6 or only Miracle Key 4-5?
Can you still craft/get Miracke Keys as drops?
Does Miracle Key or Key of Chaos give the 3% EXP Title?
Does each level above 2 give the same 3% EXP Title or is the same?

both are considered CA because they both allow you into Chaos Arena.

old key = miracle key

new key = key of chaos

key of chaos 5-6 (not miracle key) supposedly drops the rol2 and cr2

Miracle key gives the exp title (lvl1 title = 3% exp lvl 2 = 8% exp lvl 3 = 10% exp)

key of chaos gives you def rate title

Miracle key does not drop anymore aka (the materials to make it do not drop anymore)

since the materials for the Miracle key dont drop anymore because of the new CA key. in time the old CA with be no more and cause no more confusion.

Oh yeah for the experience title do you only need to complete it once? I attempted to solo the 81-94ish miracle one and it wasn't pretty with 380 defense lol. So hard to find people to do these, but maybe everyone just does it at 125+?

Just to have all information in 1 thread maybe you guys can list the lvl/def/atk/cr/cd you had to solo the different levels, or if you did it in a party the # of players/average gear.
