Works like the sealing/sleeping kit of pets.

This box is like a gift box too where you can make account bound items trade'able, except the ones which are extended.

A little reason for this suggestion: we have so many account bound items sitting in our inventory. We should have a way of disposing/re-selling those which we have already outgrown. Also, if you plan on removing the gift box items and making the costumes, boards, skins, bb+, etc. permanently account bound, then at least give us the option to be able to re-sell these through this suggested utility/gift/whatever you wanna call it box. Thank you.
