18 seismic wave.12 sword quake.9 whirlwind.
for pve just add a filler of some kind like rolling crash or something

hmm mines at 9... if i dont crit on atleast one of my skills majority of the time they still leave and the filler want kill them but with the good cool down time (9) sq can do the job

SW 15/18 , WW 20 (finisher) , SQ 9/12 .. depends a lot on ur gear.. if ur more into dps i suggest keep skills at high lvl so as to use once in a pvp.
