i know you dont like the forc weps lol so heres ur best option
20% redosm blade with a 40 phery
if you really want high CD you can do:
+11forc amp blade with a 40dmg lapis and 3xcr2's
it'd push you to about 200~ cd and you'll have decent base for it to work =\
