CEM = core enchancer medium

ECH = echanced core high
CEH = core enchancer high

my 30% osm blade(500m) from +6 to +12 w/ no fail cost like 220m =720m
which is not bad at all than buying it
it would prolly cost 1-2B in AH

Assuming a 50% success rate to 'plus' it 1 time (0.5^9)= 512 tries. Therefore it will take 512x3= 1536 cores to go from +6 to +15. That will cost about 460mil at 300k per core. That is really cheap.
