but snow is right...

dst (daylight saving time, or pdt) ended last nov 7, so cabal na which is in california and which observes pacific time zone) has been in pst (pacific standard time) since monday. That 9pm pdt they have on the login announcement:

is actually 8pm pst. hence my comment.

EST got it wrong. oh well, too much ado about nothing...
