just wondering why i cant refill my ecoins anymore.

I had the same problem for about a month. I was able to use ecoin one time and then after that I continually got "maximum limit exceeded." I ended up going to Walgreen's and picking up a few GoCash cards. My ticket sat for a month unanswered too.

Now, however, I see that I'm able to refill using ecoin (though I have no idea what changed). Seems pretty random.
