Thread: Help desk tickets

    i think they respond to the tickets once a week. thats pretty much the time i spent waiting on my tickets. i guess they are pretty busy. we just recently got the illusion castle (finnaly) and prolly working on somethin (like cash shop and other in-game bugs) we cant really blame them now. they have been a million times better now compared to what OGP did concidering EST only have managed the game for just a small period of time. just wait and later on they prolly be quicker on tickets response.

    I feel your pain I want to play i wan tto lvl my wiz SOOOOOOOOOOOO bad but its in limbo atm and im waiting for help in finding it.

    I dont think they even care I am still waiting WTH where are the ppl handling the helpdesk tickets. Probly on permanent vacation.
