Merg ring question...

Ok Im a 164 BL and I just got my Merg ring on my 60th run of EOD. Question I am asking is this, when I wear my merg ring and 1 ROL +!, it gives me 30% rate I understand the 5% base plus the 25% rate that I get from the 2 rings. But what I dont get is this, if I add another ROL +1 to the 2 rings that is already equipped, it only adds another 5% rate so its giving me a grand total of 35% with the 3 rings. Is that correct? or is there a cap for rate with rate rings equipped?

rate cap is 30% for ur fingers, total cap is 50%.
